PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals by maintaining existing business and closing new business development opportunities. 通过维护现有业务和完成新的业务发展机会来达成和超越季度销售目标。

• Support customers with respect to technical and training issues. 支持客户解决技术和服务问题。

• Actively support the needs of existing customers via regular communications (telephone, mail and face to face sales as appropriate). 通过常规交流（电话，邮件和拜访）主动支持现有客户需求。

• Coordinate and implement promotional programs and provide relevant materials to customers. 协调和执行推广项目并为客户提供相关材料。

• Prioritise activities to support key customers and maintain high customer satisfaction. 分优先级支持重点客户和维护高客户满意度。

• Communicate customer trends, customer complaints and related issues proactively across all functions. 主动和各部门沟通客户动向，客户投诉及相关的问题。

• Identify new market segments and opportunities for Bovine products (in collaboration with the Commercial Manager – Bovine). 确定新的市场细分和产品机会。

• Prepare Quarterly business reviews detailing performance and variations and provide revised forecasts by customer as required. 准备季度业务报告，分析详细的市场表现和变化，根据需要提供更新的客户预估。

• Coordinate and liaise with internal and global teams to support operations. 协调并和全球团队保持沟通以支持业务部门。

• Maintain relationships with regulatory and government agencies to ensure market acceptance of products and stay abreast of new regulations impacting the business. 与法规和政府部门保持联络，确保产品的市场合规并跟进业务有关的新法规。

• Coordinate and participate in conference/tradeshow displays, represent IDEXX at trade association meetings, trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and build industry network. 协调和参与会议/展会，代表爱德士在展会推广产品并建立业务网络。

• Align activities with those of the global Bovine team (marketing, technical, customer service, finance and regulatory). 协调全球团队的活动（市场，技术，客服，财务和法规）。

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: 

Veterinary medicine or associate major, graduate degree or above 兽医或相关专业研究生以上学历  

EXPERIENCE 

5 years working experiences in Dairy farms or relevant companies in the industry. 牧场或者行业相关公司5年以上工作经验
