About the role

  

As a Sales MGR at Future Electronics, you will define the business plans, objectives and sales strategy for the Region sales team, while observing the company's SOPs and goals.

  

 

  

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

  

• Performance to Budget.

• Enhance relationship at assigned accounts.

• Level of account penetration and coverage on assigned accounts.

• Future's Value Added Services deployed at customer.

• Coordination with Regional Account Manager and Global Account Manager on assigned accounts.

          

What you’ll need (qualifications)

  

• Bachelor degree or above, engineer background.

• At least 8 years of professional experience of sales in semiconductor industry, with minimum 3 years of people management experience.

• Deep understanding of market trend, sale strategy and sales process management.

• CAN-DO attitude, able to work on details, self-disciplined, aggressive and result-oriented.

• Skilled at sales force motivation and talent development.

• Adaptable to multinational culture.
