职位描述
Position Responsibilities:
The Manager of Managed Service will be responsible to manage and deliver the major account for the service department.
1. Managed Service Delivery
l SPOC and Single Escalation Point for the overall Managed Service in China, esp. for VIP customers
l Support to resolve service delivery issues along with project owner or vertical owners
l Work with the team to improve service delivery governance and operations metrics
2. Managed Service Business Development Support
l Provide pre-sale support on Managed Service
l Drives account penetration through proactive introducing services, solutions, and extensions of existing service programs.
3. Account operations
l Manage internal account operations, include commercial operations, process, coordination etc.
l Overall tracking service operations for accounts in local for VIP accounts
l Internal conflict management, resources, sub-contractor, CTS/GP, SLAs, management
4. Team and people management
l Capability build-up as per business requirement
l Talent development and performance management
l Being responsible of team resource utilization
Position Requirements:
Required Education:
Post Graduate / Graduate with Engineering Degree and equivalent work experience required.
Years of Experiences:
· Should have 5+ years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure Management / IT Service Delivery.
· The candidate should have minimum of 3+ years of extensive service project management experience,.
Role Specific Knowledge:
· He/she should have excellent communication skills and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders informed of the project delivery.
· He/she should be able to build effective working relationships with various other teams within company.
· He/she should be able to understand complex activities and relationships quickly, and assess business and delivery risk effectively, and communicate it effectively.
· He/she should have experience with auditing, risk management, as well as contract and vendor negotiation.
· Excellent ITIL knowledge knows well virous ITIL ticket system.
· Good knowledge about the various IT infrastructure components and processes.
· Possess strong influencing skills and substantial delivery capability.
· High energy level and be able to effectively work with various cross functional teams.
· Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin language skill
· Excellent planning, organization, and implementation skills.
· Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
· Excellent Documentation and Presentation Skills.
