Job Description

1.Provide prompt and qualified field service of Bosch Rexroth i4.0 automation, Conveyor & Tightening business, incl. on-site trouble-shooting, installation, commissioning etc.;

为博世力士乐的i4.0自动化项目，输送线和拧紧系统提供快捷高质的现场服务，包括现场问题排查，安装调试等;

2.Investigate and analyze on-site cause of problems from products;

现场调查及分析产品故障原因；

3.Maintain service hotline to provide customer technical consulting;

提供热线服务，解答客户技术服务咨询；

4.Provide product and service training, make technical report and documentation of service in time;

提供产品及服务基础培训， 做好相关的技术文档及报告存档;

5.Promoting service business;

推进售后业务;

6.Support Sales & Application teams for the whole AT business;

支持销售和应用团队以推进整个AT事业部业务。

Qualifications

1.***, college graduate or above. Major of tech./engineer，3+ years relevant work experience;

***，大专以上学历，工科背景，3年以上相关工作经验；

2.Computer literate in Windows environment. Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawing is a must;

熟悉电脑常用软件，能看懂电气及机械CAD图纸；

3.Experience working on automation equipment, installation and commissioning, have some basic knowledge of Auto assembly;

有安装调试自动化设备的经验，并且对汽车装配工艺有一定的了解；

4.Good communication skill with team spirit, Strong troubleshooting skill;

？较强的沟通能力并具有团队合作精神， 清晰的问题分析及处理能力；

5.English writing capability良好的英语书面表达能力;

6.Hardworking, be willing to travel(domestic) and work in holidays if need;

吃苦耐劳，能够适应国内出差及节假日的加班工作;

7.Experience on Conveyor line，Tightening or other automation knowledge would be a benefit.
