职位描述

职责描述:

  • 根据公司经营方针,制订并实施上海部门营运计划以及相应展会项目工作计划并完成经营目标。有效控制成本提高利润,并高效高质的完成项目执行和落地工作。

  • 听从总经理的工作安排,参与制定公司营销战略并根据营销战略制订公司营销组织策略和营销计划,制定项目的销售、市场、营运计划及预算。经批准后组织实施、开发业务。

  • 定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析,及时调整营销策略和计划,制定预防和纠正措施,确保完成营销目标和营销计划。

  • 负责与合作方、协会等重大合作合同的谈判与签订。

  • 主持制定、修订市场团队和销售团队的工作职责及目标,有效的管理及协助团队工作。

  • 协助总经理建立调整公司营销组织,细化市场营销及业务拓展

  • 负责分解并下达年度工作目标与项目预算,并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制。

  • 常规拜访重点客户,保持合作关系并更深入的了解行业。

  • 代表公司与政府对口部门和相关社会团体、机构、协会保持有效联系以及良好合作关系。

  • 对团队进行业务知识培训和考核工作、优化工作流程、协助并支持部门员工与客户,合作方等的沟通、谈判工作。

岗位要求:

  • 有过国内展会项目负责人经验,并至少成功举办过5届或以上。有政府相关关系背景,工业类及制造业类主题展会经验优先;

  • 市场营销、经济、管理类专业毕业,熟悉展会营销、团队管理并有实际操作经验;

  • 十年以上大型会展活动的策划和执行经验,具备相关行业专业知识;

  • 擅长展会项目的计划工作,预算管理与实施管理、对销售工作、市场工作及营运工作有清晰的思路与极强的把握能力。

  • 能够有效整合内、外部合作资源,有较强的计划、组织、控制、协调和执行能力;

  • 有良好的市场敏感度和独立开拓客户资源及市场的能力;

  • 有较强的理解力、应变能力和良好的判断力;

  • 有丰富的行业背景资源和渠道资源,具有知名国际展览主办方公司从业经验者优先;

  • 有积极进取的精神及接受挑战的性格,能够承受工作压力;

  • 能够适应经常出差;

  • 流利的英语听说读写,需作为工作语言使用。需经常与外籍领导进行工作沟通以及与境外母公司的工作沟通。

Responsibilities:

  • According to the company's business policy, formulate department and project plans and achieve business objectives.

  • Listen to the work arrangement of the managing director, participate in the formulation of the company's department strategy, formulate the projects’ sales, marketing and operational budgets & plans and organize the implementation and development of business after approval.

  • Regularly check and analyze industry environment, objectives, plans and business activities, timely adjust strategies and plans, formulate preventive and corrective measures, and ensure the completion of objectives and plans.

  • Responsible for signing major contracts with partners/associations.

  • Preside over the formulation and revision of the working procedures and targets for the sales and marketing teams and monitor them

  • Responsible for the decomposition and release of annual work objectives and budgets, and timely adjustment and effective control according to the actual situation of the market and the company.

  • Visit key customers regularly for sales and understanding the industries

  • On behalf of the company and government counterparts and relevant social organizations, institutions to contact and maintain good relations of cooperation.

  • To train and assess the team's business knowledge, optimize the work process, support and enhance the connection between team and customers and partners.

Job requirements:

  • Have the experience of project leader of domestic exhibitions, and have held at least 5 successful exhibitions, with preferably industry/manufacturing topics

  • Major in event management, economics or related. Familiar with team management and practical operation experience;

  • More than 10 years of experience in planning and implementing large-scale exhibition activities, with relevant industry expertise;

  • Be able to plan, determine and control the budget plan, sales rhythm and promotion ideas of the project; Have strong knowledge in marketing, forums and operation works is preferred.

  • Be able to effectively integrate internal and external cooperation resources, and have strong planning, organization, control, coordination and implementation ability;

  • Good market sensitivity and ability to independently develop customer resources and market;

  • Strong understanding, adaptability and good judgment;

  • Rich industry background resources and channel resources, with well-known international exhibition company experience is preferred;

  • Have positive and enterprising spirit and character to accept challenges, and be able to work under pressure;

  • Be able to travel frequently;

  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which should be used as the working language. Frequent communication with foreign leaders and overseas parent companies is required.

  • The resume should be in both Chinese and English
