Major Responsibilities and
Duties 主要职责和任务
:

1. Design the talent development guiding framework, set up the process, policy and tools of talent development based on business needs.

2. Set up leadership pipeline system and monitor the procedures for succession planning implementation, conduct pipeline health analysis & tracking by routine.

3. Launch and promote various of talent programs and leadership development initiatives for the development and retention purpose.

4. Identify and select talent pool candidates. Develop career path and define assessment criteria and skill gates for key job thresholds to ascertain necessary qualifications, skills which are attained for career progression.

5. Set up the training system and training plan, follow the feedback and improve the training process. Control the training budget.

6. Assist to establish the corporate culture as well as employer branding

7. Provide support for talent review every year and follow up.

8. Other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications 资格要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above, good English skill in both Written and Oral

2. 3-5 years talent management experience either in-house (MNC) or in consulting firms, training experience is a must.

3. Targets and achieves results, accepts and shares accountability for results. Can organize and structure workload to ensure maximum effectiveness.

4. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill, good logical, analytical and planning capability, innovative and be a quick learner

5. Pharma background is preferred.
