Job Description:

1.Responsible for process improvement and deviation analysis when there are process and equipment changing.

2.Responsible for consumer complaint analysis, announcement and action plan implementation within department.

3.Responsible for on-line products hold and release. Follow up hold deviation analysis.

4.Manage interfaces with Business Development and Country R&D for new products, new processes, promotions and reformulation projects.

5.Act as one of Capex project sponsor to seek productivity improvement opportunity , and assist other Capex project implementation within department.

6.Supervise and monitor the CIP process within department.

7.Undertake and manage the implementation of SOP/POG/ISO.

8.Be responsible for KPI analysis and improvement.

Requirement:

1.Integrity, result driven, teamwork

2.2 - 3 years of Manufacturing experience required

3.University degree (Engineering and food science is preferred) or equal experience

4.Experienced on confectionery manufacturing is preferred

5.Good command of English, both in written and reading, Good PC literacy (MS Office)
