Responsibilities:

- Landlord Relations - you are the key contact person for Landlord's and are therefore expected to maintain cordial relations with them. The effects of strong landlord relationships can span from preferential terms to first access on stock.

- Growing the Business: Secure new locations for Pure across the markets we operate in and potentially new markets.

- Lease Renewals - lead the lease renewal process for all locations. Determine optimal timing to engage landlord in relation to market dynamics

- Market Intelligence – through your wide network of contacts you will be able to share market intelligence and insight with the Pure Leadership team

- Analysis – work with the finance team to model potential sites  / refits / expansions and only bring forward projects that are feasible.

- Process – accountable for the end to end process for securing new sites. This involves finding sites, negotiating terms, engaging the various business teams in order to prepare proposals and then securing Board approval. 

- Legal – to finalise leases / contracts you will be accountable for ensuring clear lines of communication between the landlord and Pure.

 - Project Management – on securing the lease and subsequent handover of the property the Project team will then takeover and undertake the Fit-Out. Where required you will support the Project team to resolve issues that arise. 

- Lease administration - maintain a central record of all leases the business has. Ensure key dates are logged in a system whereby actionable dates are recognized and dealt with in a timely fashion.

 

Requirements: 

- Qualifications related to real estate or a business-related discipline

- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience on behalf of developers, Landlord or Property service provider

- Solid experience with proven track record in portfolio management of retail / commercial properties. China working experience is a plus

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to prepare proposals and confidently present these to the Pure Leadership team.

- The role requires an individual that has initiative, can work independently, is comfortable engaging teams and who delivers on commitments

- Good business acumen and entrepreneurial skill
