岗位职责：

  

1. 负责一线员工及办公室职员的招聘、入离职管理。

2. 管理员工档案，负责跟踪在职员工劳动合同续签事宜，。

3. 收集并处理人事考勤信息，出具工资相关报表数据 。

4. 负责员工工伤流程处理，意外伤害申报，协调社保&保险公司事宜。

5. 协助跟踪处理一线员工月度绩效考核，月绩效奖金的收集、核定、汇总。

6. 负责公司内/外部培训,新员工试用期培训目标和考核跟踪。

7. 及时与一线员工保持有效沟通，协调并组织员工内部及外部的相关活动如生日会、年会等员工激励活动和团队活动。

8. 负责人事部IATF16949及ISO14000程序的更新，确保审核资料齐全。

9. 完成人事周报、月报相关数据的汇总。

10. 协助人事主管处理一些人事行政相关事务。

11. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。

                      

 

  

岗位要求：

  

1. 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业优先。

2. 3年以上制造业人事工作经验，在汽车零部件行业优先。

3. 熟悉Word、Excel、PPt的***档的操作。

4. 有一定英文读写能力。

5. 具备较强的解决事务能力,主动性强,灵活应变能力强。

6. 具有较好的服务意识、独立工作能力及团队合作精神。
