Job Responsibilities

·        Manage day to day warehouse operations through 3PL, Regular visits to the SH/BJ warehouse to check the quality of the operation status and conduct the Cycle count & stock take together with warehouse colleague.

·        Manage day to day local transportation operations through 3PL, improve the delivery service level and handle exceptional case.

·        Manage reverse logistics, ensure operation align with SOP and be conducted on time.

·        Communicate with 3PL for monthly inbound and outbound volume, optimize the capacity of 3PL.

·        Prepare logistics service statistics, monitor the key performance indicators agree with the logistics service provider and internal stakeholder.

·        Manage the 3PL performance for retail & E-commerce & Distributor partners; coordinate the communication between logistics vendor and internal customer.

·        Arrange regular meeting with 3PL (Weekly meeting, Monthly&Quarterly business review).

·        Analysis and negotiation of cost reduction opportunities.

·        Assist in plan and implementation new logistics projects.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Logistics or Business Management 

·        4+ years working experience on Logistics Management. 

·        Experience in managing 3PL vendor or 3PL working experience. 

·        Good at Microsoft Office skill.

·        Experience with Retail/Luxury industry Is plus

·        Excellent communications, presentation, and analytical skills. 

·        Strong organizational skills, with high level of ownership and passion for the brand. 

·        Fluent in English and Mandarin

·        Strong and competent leader and team player
