岗位责任Job Overview：

This role’s core focus is on product selection for LEATHER GOOD in travel retail.

    

    

The candidate will work directly with high management and brand principals, hence a fast-track to broaden the experience of buying. This role requires solid data analysis, buying capability, good communication skills, sense of fashion, and enthusiasm to drive actions proactively to succeed.

    

    

You can open up knowledge in luxury/fashion industry and establish professional network quickly in a commercial set-up compared to single brand company.

    

    

Core team comes from LVMH/Kering background with 10+ years working experiences.

岗位内容职责Job Responsibilities：

Buying and Assortment Management

- Seasonal product selection and place orders for assigned brands

- Support OTB planning and own buying budget breakdown to category level and ensure selection can meet company target sales and margin goals

Data and Market Analysis

- Pre-buy analysis to present a performance overview to the management and identify opportunity and seasonal buy direction.

- Review brand weekly sales report and make action plans, such as re-order for best-seller, prioritizing receipt pick-up, etc.

- Cross-analyze brands performance to identify buying strategy for different brands with line manager.

- Collect feed-backs from retail team and translate along with market and fashion trends into right assortment offering to ensure better satisfactions of our clients.

Training and VM

- Conduct product training for front line staffs for better product knowledge.

- Responsible for the translation of collection training materials for each brand.

- Regularly collect store pictures to archive VM reports and coach front-line to adjust visual display to high light key push and share best practices across stores.

任职资格Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years luxury/fashion purchase experience, good aesthetics and passion for fashion.

    

- Experiences in merchandising planning is a big plus.

    

- Good commercial sense, open to new ideas and changes.

    

- Positive “can-do” attitude and self-motivated to grow with the company.

    

- Hands-on working style and strong team spirit.

    

- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Speak Italian or French is a plus.

    

- Bachelor’s degree. Oversea education/living background is preferred.
