Purpose of the position

- Provide support to assessors and service to clients to ensure successful assessment delivery

- Maintain good relationship with clients to win clients loyalty and retention

Key responsibilities & accountabilities
工作职责
· Help and support clients & company to prepare assessment delivery
· 协助客户和公司安排审核交付
· Establish long-term relationship with customer to answer clients’ queries and solve problems pre and after assessment
· 与客户建立长期的合作关系,解答客户关于审核的疑问,解决审核前和审核后的问题
· Deal with customer complaints, continuously improve customer satisfaction in order to maintain the customer retention
· 妥善处理客户投诉及建议,不断提升客户满意度,维护客户关系
· Co-ordinate with clients to make sure all assessments scheduled timely & properly, Co work with customer service team to jointly achieve business objectives
·
· 负责Planner和客户之间的沟通协调,确保审核任务及时得到合理安排,,与客服团队共同完成业绩目标
· Communicate & coordinate with UK healthcare team for any delivery
· 与英国医疗器械团队沟通协作,完成审核交付任务
· Manage client overdue & help identify and control risk of client attrition
· 处理客户逾期欠款,协助识别和控制客户流失风险
· Sign supplementary agreement with clients for any changes and identify or generate new opportunities
· 与客户签订变更补充协议,识别或确立新的业务机会
· Maintain client data SAP/PG & manage document to make sure information accuracy
· 维护客户信息,确保SAP/PG系统内的客户信息准确性
· Be in charge of issuing the invoice correctly & recording revenue in SAP
· 负责在SAP系统内开具客户发票,确认收入
· Be in charge of arranging logistics including air ticket and hotel booking for assessors
· 负责审核员审核出差的后勤安排,包括订机票,住宿
· Other jobs assigned by Director of Healthcare
· 完成部门经理交付的其他工作
Candidate specifications
职位要求
· A university and college's degree
· 大专以上学历
· Min 2 years’ experiences in customer services field, experiences in certification industry is preferred
· 至少二年以上客户服务经验,体系认证行业者优先考虑
· Good communication & persuasion skills
· 良好的语言交流能力&说服技巧
· Good at planning and coordinating
