Job Description:

The IT infrastrucure is made to support more than 100 users. They are maily Office users and 2D/3D designers. As a member of the technical team, the IT engineer will be involved mainly in Customer Support in a Windowns environment.

A strong organizational skill is mandatory because he/she will also be in charge of IT administration (documentation, inventory.....).

We are looking for a good all-rounder as this position requires skills in various technical areas, such as windows environment, networking and administration. He/she will report and document their work efficiently. He/she will work in an international environment(CH, DE, FR) where English is the woring language.He/she will work in a very high availability environment and have a flexible personal time management.

As we are a small team dealing with large technical scope, he/she shouold be able to backup his colleagues who are in charge of other domains(network,System).

Job Requirements:

• University degree in IT or equivalent by experience
• Fluent in English
• Common office tools troubleshooting (Office pack, etc....)
• Windows servers (AD, DNS, DHCP,Exchange, GPO, Netbackup)
• Windows environment
• TCP/IP,LAN
• Unix/Linux
• Familiar wth problem and decision analysis tools/processes
• Work on own initiative
• Very strong organizational skill
