Essential Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales target as breakdown from annual company sales target.
• Execute business strategy in respective markets, generating and developing new market opportunities.
• Establish and develop distributor networks, build up long-term trusting relationship.
• Provide monthly rolling sales forecast and actual report, communicate forecast updates with stakeholders.
• Working closely with technical support and product team, assist distributor in preparing bidding details and solving problems to win the project/market.
• Ensure all kinds of sales activities of business partner and/or between GWA and business partner are fully compliance with GWA compliance policy, code of conduct and related policies.
• Regular feedback on market development, competitor’s activity along with daily and monthly report.
• Achieve AR targets by managing timely collections and proactive follow-up with key customers.
• Manage and control sales costs to ensure value for money.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of science.
• At least 5 years solid working experience on project sales, Top 100 real-estate and commercial customer develop experience preferred.

• Abundant distributor resources in construction and property industry.
• Proven track record to achieve business goals.
• Good understanding of customer's requirements and expectation.
• Self-driven, high discipline, results oriented with a positive outlook.
• Honest, hard-working, positive, with strong passion in sales.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to frequent travel.
