职责描述
1. 通过对医生，听力专家的培训沟通来传递澳科利耳的产品，更新听力解决的理念
2. 通过搜集市场数据，进行市场策略分析，发现生意机会点
3. 与残联，康复中心的机构保持紧密沟通与合作
4. 独立组织各类有效的会议传递澳科利耳的人工耳蜗植入理念
5. 制定客户发展规划，分析区域内的大客户并通过持续的高频的有效拜访促进其对澳科利耳产品的了解并实现策略的落地
6. 配合团队完成团队发展需要的其他工作，包括但不限于跨部门沟通，日常工作汇报等内容
任职要求：
1. 本科学历及以上，医疗相关专业，
2. 2年以上医疗产品销售经验，有能力独立与客户保持沟通，能够为患者提供详细的咨询，有手术跟台经验更好
3. 有听力领域相关经验更好
4. 学习能力强，勤奋踏实，有抗压能力，人品可靠，亲和力好，注重团队合作
