Lead efforts to actively manage account relationship and execute overall division and commercial strategies  

? Develop and maintain multievel and multifunction customer relations 

? Develop/publish customer profile and analysis  

?Organize/manage regional and corporate reviews of accounts o Clearly and effectively communicate strategy and activities to customer  

? Develop actionable and measurable satisfaction improvement plans 

 

Develop detailed account/sales plans for each assigned customers/fabs ? ? ? ?Develop account strategy and analysis o Achieve account sales objectives 

?Identify opportunities and risks o Actively manage complexity at assigned accounts o Support senior account manager to manage all aspects of sales operations / order management process at assigned accounts o Understand customer requirements - Identify, assess and prioritize opportunities  

? Execute the account plan in alignment w/product plan  

?Provide/submit accurate short-term forecast/5 years plan/capacity plan to relevant team in Division o Work with Business Ops/CS/SC to ensure satisfactory payment/PO/shipment performance  o Collect/synthesize customer and market and intelligence information.  Establish effective internal communication 

 

Support AE to expand Corning's product offering at account(s) ?Understand customer’s current & future products demands and developments. ? Work with AE to deliver value proposition and provide feedback to PLM  ? Coordinate periodic technology exchanges and plan product migration at the customer  ?Communicate roadmaps and manufacturing capacity plans to the customer 

 

? Resolve customer issues and facilitate responsiveness o Respond to customer complains in timely manner o Organize/Lead internal resources to resolve customer issues effectively o Track action list of issue resolution
