The person will focus on marketing area and manage the overall Disney Interactive(DI) business with heads of each business line of DI. He, or she, will develop short-term and long-term Disney marketing strategy; work closely with the teams to achieve the AOP target by effective marketing plan and good executions.
Responsibilities Identify the business opportunities and develop short-term & long-term strategies together with DI team leaders;

Based on industry knowledge and experience, provide useful market input, and work closely with product and operation team to develop annual product plan for DI business;

Develop effective marketing annual plans. Implement online and offline marketing campaigns with internal and external licensees and partners, support business heads to achieve P&L targets;

Play a leader role of Disney Interactive marketing, work with TWDC marketing function to develop and execute Disney China overall marketing strategy;

Work with TWDC marketing to promote and enhance Disney Brands & IPs;

Manage various key 3rd party strategic partners alliance, mainly focusing on online and SNS portals, mobile operators, games studios and platforms, etc. ;

Participate in DI business planning and budgeting;

DI’s liaison person for XYY projects;

Lead synergy function in DI with Disney brand and key franchises marketing, CRM initiatives and manage synergy promotions with other Disney business units such as Disney Studios, Media Networks, Home Entertainment, Consumer Products, English Schools, Live Show, Publishing, HK Disneyland, etc.;

Lead the DI research function to study the industry trends and consumers’ behavior and preferences.

Basic Qualifications Over 10 years marketing experience with large successful new digital media companies in China, held a senior position in last few years;

Very good vision for New Digital Media business;

Excellent connections with local companies;

Strong brand/IP knowledge and skills, at least familiar with Disney brand/IP;

Have very strong leadership skills;

Very creative, experience and ability to build the business without big budget;

Rich assets from his/her past experience, ability to build a solid marketing plan;

Excellence in execution, willing to get hands on jobs;

People oriented person, strong communication and inter-personal skills, past experience to work in matrix reporting environment is required;

职责 发掘商机，与迪士尼互动部门的团队领导共同制定短期及长期战略；

依据行业知识与经验，提供有益的市场输入，并与产品和运营团队紧密合作，制定迪士尼互动部门的年度产品方案；

制定有效的年度市场营销计划。与内外部特许经营商与合作伙伴共同开展线上及线下营销活动，支持业务主管达成损益目标；

领导迪士尼互动部门的市场营销工作，与华特迪士尼公司的市场营销部门合作制定并实施迪士尼中国的整体营销战略；

与华特迪士尼营销部门合作，推广并提升迪士尼品牌和知识产权；

对各个关键第三方战略伙伴同盟进行管理，主要关注网络和社交门户网站、移动运营商、游戏工作室和平台等；

参与迪士尼互动部门的业务规划与预算工作；

担任迪士尼互动部门XYY项目的联系人；

负责迪士尼互动部门与迪士尼品牌和主要的特许经营市场、CRM活动之间的协调工作，与迪士尼其他业务部门——如迪士尼工作室、媒体网络、家庭娱乐、消费品、英语学校、现场演出、出版部门、香港迪士尼乐园等——共同开展推广活动；

领导迪士尼互动部门的研究活动，探讨业界趋势及消费者行为和偏好。

基本条件 在中国成功大型新数字媒体企业工作10年以上，并在近几年内任高级职务；

在新数字媒体业务方面有良好的洞察力；

与当地企业联系紧密；

丰富的品牌、知识产权知识与技能，至少需熟悉迪士尼的品牌与知识产权；

优秀的领导能力；

有创造性，有在低额预算下推行业务的经验和能力；

有丰富的经验和足够的能力，制定切实可行的市场营销方案；

良好的执行能力，有亲身参与工作的意愿；

以人为本，拥有良好的沟通和人际交往技巧，需有在复杂的人事环境中工作的经验。
