Responsibilities
1. Responsible for warranty claims audit and payment for all the costs in time, warranty data analysis.
2. Responsible for customer service team report draft
3. Responsible for warranty claim process document modification and management.
4. Responsible for managing field parts, including the failed parts storage and destruction management
5. Responsible for service KPIs tracking.
6. Responsible for Campaign/TRP management
7. Responsible for customer satisfaction survey and improvement.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering.
2. At least 3 years’ work experience of diesel engine on warranty claim.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good English listening, reading, speaking, writing skills.
5. Good experience on Excel and PPT.
