工作职责：
1、参加项目讨论会议和头脑风暴创意会，与项目负责人沟通，理解设计需求及创意策略，提供设计方向建议；
2、独立负责项目相关的平面设计创意、主视觉、主视觉的延展设计、平面制作文件等，完成设计提案文件；
3、与项目团队保持紧密的协作关系，保证工作顺畅进行；
4、设计方案确定后，指导完稿完成制作，确保设计成果的实现。

任职资格：
1、美术或设计专业等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、4年以上大型公关、活动、或广告公司的平面设计经验，可独立及带队完成平面设计方案；
3、具有较强的美术功底，心态成熟，优秀的审美意识、色感、整体平面把握能力，思维敏捷；
4、擅长广告创意及各类画册、海报、VI的平面设计，了解网页设计相关内容；
5、有良好的沟通能力，可与项目人员有效沟通项目创意和设计进度；
6、熟练使用Photoshop/illustrator/Indesign/CorelDrawr/PageMarker等相关设计软件；
7、对后期制作工艺有一定的了解；
8、能够承受工作压力，可接受出差；
9、有大型活动平面设计成功案例及作品者优先；
