Responsibility:
？ Determining welding process flow
？ Design welding production layout
？ Choosing welder with balance of performance and cost
？ Design welding fixture
？ Improving welding process efficiency
？ Setting up parameters for welding process
？ Choosing electrode for welding process
？ Support R&D to choose raw material which will be welded together
？ Leading to edit PFMEA for welding process
？ Supporting to edit and determine control plan for welding process
？ Supporting to improve welding production capacity and quality
？ Leading 6 sigma project related to welding process to decrease production scrap and rework

Requirement:
？ Bachelor degree
？ 3-5 years related working experiences, working in low voltage trade is a plus
？ Be able to communicate with professional English, German is a plus.
？ Be able to read professional English article, German is a plus
？ Be able to use English version windows system and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Challenge:
？ Often business travel
？ Often technical communication with Chinese suppliers
