Job Title: Channel Specialist (6-month Temp) 渠道专员（短期职位）

Report To: Channel Manager

Location: Beijing 北京

Major Responsibilities:

This is a 6-month temporary position

1. Implement existing channel management process to support channel application and post-approval performance review, include:

· Collect, coordinate and review documents of potential channels as per requirement of company policies and facilitate the applying process;

· Follow up the channel post-approval management and evaluation process, maintain and update all channel related documents in an accurate, systematic and timely manner and conduct systematic channel performance review quarterly and yearly to optimize the channel structure.

2. Work closely with legal, compliance, commercial, sales & marketing, product lines and other relevant teams to facilitate the effective management of channels and ensure all the channel related transactions are carried out in compliance with all relevant company policies, include:

· Collect all channels’ budget on a year basis and figure out an overall channel revenue forecast report;

· Develop and maintain a 12 month rolling pipeline with details for the upcoming channel opportunities;

· Prepare Letter of Authorization to channels for specific projects according to business requirements;

· Track the project evolution of channels, coordinate the PO/contracts execution related issues and assess the competitive situation of all channels;

· Follow up the channel commission application process;

· Assist the credit team in the collection of channel projects.

Requirements:

? Fluent in both written English spoken English;

? Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

? 2-4 years’ experience in commercial, contracts, or channel management is preferred;

? Experience in multinational companies is preferred.

? Team player with pleasant disposition;

? Systematic, resourceful and organized;

? background or working experience in oil field or similar industry is preferred;

? Exposure or knowledge of US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and relevant anti-corruption policies ;

? Good interpersonal skills with people of various backgrounds.
