Responsibilities:   ·           

• Involve multiple New Product   Development programs since concept design / prototyping, introduce / lead /   drive DFM and DFSS from automation   and pokayoke points views into design; Ensure that new processes   definition as part of NPD / NPI processes.        ·         

•  Conduct and drive High Volume / Short   lead-time / High efficiency / High quality / Standard / Best practiced LEAN   manufacturing process including Equipment / Jig & Fixtures / End of Line Testers   / TPM setup and validation with specified OEM   and sub-suppliers.       ·           

• Conduct and drive to have adequate   infrastructure, capable personnel and labors to support NPD / NPI / Quality   manufacturing / PFEP activities       ·          

• Conduct and drive process quality   control in work-stations with specified OEM and sub-suppliers.       ·           

• Conduct and drive LEAN material flow   setup with specified OEM and sub-suppliers (PFEP).       ·          

• Conduct and drive ramp up plan and   sustaining efficiency improvement with specified OEM and sub-suppliers       
  

• Liaise with Ninja NPD / NPI /   Compliance / EE team whilst supporting the relevant new or sustaining   project.         
  
• Manages the timeliness and robustness   of “ME Project Dashboard” for stamping parts during the NPD/ NPI and MP activities.       ·           

• Make sure that all risks are identified   and communicated to the business and mitigation plan is created to resolve   any “critical” manufacturing related concerns.       ·          

•  Supports to Quality Engineering   activities and improve customer satisfaction and successful achievement of Ninja   quality objectives. 

Key   Performance Indicators:            

•  All automation   / pokayoke quality manufacturing concerns are addressed by TRA   ·          
  
• Zero process   related issues at EB1   ·           

• Manufacturing   readiness and PEFP readiness 100% in time   ·           

• Achieve planned   manufacturing line rate and FPY 99% within 1 week since MP start; On HOT   projects 25% higher than planned line rate within two weeks since MP   ·           

• Kaizen   (sustaining improvement) activities completed on time no less than 90%   ·           

• ME Project   Dashboard for all responsible products as per the respective program timing, to   be completed and aligned with actual situation during NPD/NPI until MP.   ·           

• Manufacturing   documents uploading on time 100%, and update on time 100% by each EB and/or   pilot-run    ·            
  
• Complete tasks and/or objectives set by   direct Manager or appropriate Snr Management 

 Position Requirements/ Experience:     ·          

• A College   Degree or Bachelor   Degree of engineering with 10+ years’ experiences in development of   automation / pokayoke Manufacturing Engineering, at least 2 years task leader   level experiences. Product design or Assembly process or Quality experiences   preferred.    ·           

• Good knowledge and practice experiences   on DFM, PFMEA, Manufacturing process setup and document; Practical experience   in metrology, test, inspection and analysis techniques. Basic knowledge on LEAN   manufacturing, IE methodologies;   
  
• Multi-national   company experience preferred; Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.           
  

• Ability to   deal with multi-task, strong time management skills, and excellent decision-making capabilities   
  
• Demonstrated high level of engagement   and selfmotivation; With highly energetic and steadfastly to push self and   encourages others to take ownership for achieving aligned results timely with high level quality.         
  

• Good level of read and write in English;   Speaking is preferred.        
  

• Able to travel domestic and abroad
