Sales销售方面:

  

1.  Place daily orders in SAP; Communicate with logistics department on delivery and make the relevant report;处理SAP系统订单；与物流部沟通发货情况，并形成报表；
2.  Reconciliation and assist sales manager to achieve the collection target;负责与客户核对账务、积极协助销售完善收款任务；
3.  Assist sales manager on proposals, quotations, contracts and other documents;协助销售人员完成方案、报价、合同等文件；
4.  Output the sales data and analyze;负责销售数据统计、分析；
5.  Sales related documents management such as sales contracts, quotations and customer database;销售文档（销售合同、报价、客户信息等）资料管理；
6.  Provide the feedbacks from market and clients, maintain the customer relationships;向销售经理反映市场及客户相关信息，协助销售经理处理与客户的日常往来工作；

  

 

  

Marketing市场方面：

  

1.  Assist marketing department on planning and execution of brand promotions, marketing events, and collection feedbacks;协助市场部策划和开展品牌和产品推广活动并收集反馈；
2. Sum up the data from marketing and complete the report;协助市场部统计数据并形成报告；
3.  Assist to manage the marketing expense;协助管理市场部费用；
4.  Regional promotion plan and execution;区域促销计划及执行；

  

 

  

Administration行政方面：

  

 Responsible for managing the vendors and follow up contract signature process and payment to administrative vendors;负责管理供应商，跟进合同签订以及与供应商对账与付款；

 To complete other tasks which handover by line manager;完成上级交办的其他工作；

  

Skills required for this job需要的技能

  

1.  At least 2 years sales or marketing assistant experience;至少两年销售与市场助理相关经验；
2.  Major in marketing and retail related would be preferred, college degree and above; 市场营销及零售等相关专业优先考虑，大专及以上学历；
3.  Good at reading and written English;良好的英文读写能力
4.  Familiar with operating all common office software, EXCEL, PPT, WORD and etc;能熟练操作各种常用办公软件如EXCEL, PPT, WORD 等；
5.  Details orientated, strong sense of responsibility;做事细心，有责任心
6. Prefer the personality of bright, sprightly, strong interpersonal communication skills, good team cooperation consciousness性格开朗、活泼，沟通能力强，良好的团队协作意识；

Specialized in family owned wineries from the most renowned wine regions in the world, EMW is now exclusively distributing more than 600 labels from 15 different countries to luxury hotels, gastronomic restaurants, high-end retail chains, online shops, wholesalers, distributors and private customers in more than 150 cities in China.
自2003年成立以来，EMW已成为大中华地区葡萄酒市场的领先企业。专注于与全球知名葡萄酒产区内品质超群、家族拥有的酒庄合作。现已独家代理来自15个国家的600多款美酒，并将美酒销往大中华区150多个城市的各星级酒店集团，高端餐厅，葡萄酒精品零售店，线上网店，经销商和私人客户。

1)    EMW was founded in 2003 with its head office based in Shanghai. The company name “East Meets West Fine Wines” reflects its goal to share and exchange its passion, knowledge and wine culture with wine lovers all over China.
由西往东美酒公司成立于2003年，总部设在上海。“由西往东”这个名字承载了创立者的梦想：把对葡萄酒的热爱带到中国并与中国的葡萄酒爱好者们一起分享葡萄酒的文化。

2)    In 2009, EMW became one of the earliest Approved Program Providers for WSET training by providing high quality education and qualifications from Level 1 all through to Level 3.
2009年，由西往东成为获得英国葡萄酒及烈酒教育基金会 (WSET)最早授权的课程提供机构之一，提供一级至三级高品质的培训与认证。

3)    In 2012, EMW opened its Hong Kong Office, thus successfully expanding the EMW market to Greater China.
香港分公司成立于2012年，将EMW的业务的拓展至香港和澳门，覆盖整个大中华区。

4)    In 2017, after 14 years since its foundation, EMW has grown to a leading wine distribution company with over 200 professional employees, providing its services to more than 3500 customers all over Greater China through its 7 offices and 15 representative offices.

5)    In 2018, we are celebrating the 15 years of our company, EMW, and the shared passion for wines in Greater China.

2011-2017
EMW has been awarded “The Best Wine Importer” for 7 consecutive years since2011 by China Sommeliers Wine Challenge/Wine 100 Challenge.
