Amazon China Operations is seeking a talented, detailed, and results oriented Program Manager who will own the program, drive and manage both full-time campus recruitment and internship programs for a rapid growing portion of our business.
This role is accountable for developing a best-in-class campus program to support Supply Chain, Fulfillment Center, Engineering, Transportation, and Customer Service. You as the program manager will be working with stake holders to understand requirements, set up sourcing channels, build up screening process, hold campus interview and eventually convert these hires into full-time Amazonians. In addition, the program will serve as a long term branding channel.
Responsibilities
○ Wholly own the campus programs from planning to execution with strong capability to track details.
○ Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to manage the entire relationship process.
○ Arrange and conduct campus pre-visits, as appropriate, as well as on-campus presentations and related events.
○ Build campus recruiting committee and drive resources from different groups both internally and externally to ensure the whole process smoothly move forward.
○ Ensure all ASK for Full-time and Intern positions are achieved.
○ Working within campus core teams to continue the development of the campus program.
○ Cover key schools to maintain relationships with campus faculty/staff and career centers.
○ Manage candidate experience and hiring process, including but not limited to interview scheduling, assessment process, offer tracking, on boarding process, internship management
○ Identify opportunities of improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
○ The successful candidate will hold at least 3+ years of recruiting with a bachelor degree and have previous campus recruitment experience within the IT industry
○ A desire to continue building a career in campus recruiting is critical
○ Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, must be able to demonstrate successful ability in building strong working relationships
○ Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
○ Know how to prioritize and deal with pressure
○ Attention to details with exceptional analytical and process management skills
○ A demonstrated passion for campus recruiting and providing amazing customer service
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese

○ Account management focus, skilled at partnering with hiring teams and an ability to manage customer expectations
