JOB PURPOSE：

· 3PL quality responsible person and team lead. Responsible for quality management at 3PL warehouse and manage the quality team for warehouse

该岗位为三方物流质量总负责人及物流质量团队负责人, 负责三方物流仓库的质量和团队管理

· Responsible for product quarantine and release in system, follow up the disposition of the QA NC products

负责系统中的产品隔离与放行控制，跟进处理不合格品

· Responsible for quality support from warehouse perspective during project execution

负责项目执行过程中的物流质量支持

KEY RESPONSIBILITES：

· Be responsible for the quality management at 3PL warehouse, including but not limited to establish or review and improve current on-site SOP and WI , conduct training to warehouse staff，perform routine audit, handle abnormal event, monitor the non-conformance products control etc;

负责三方物流仓库的质量管理，包括建立、评审和改进当前仓库现场的流程和作业指导书，对现场员工进行培训，进行现场定期审核，处理异常事件和监督不合格品的现场控制等；

· Owner of NC control, PSH and other related SOP; Conduct GSP and related SOP training to staff;

不合格品控制、PSH等相关流程owner;对员工进行GSP和相关流程的培训；

• Responsible for the control of product quarantine and release in system, eg. execution of PSH, local hold and incoming NC hold and returns from recall;

负责系统中的产品放行控制，比如执行总部和本地的ship hold, 进货和召回的移库等；

· Be responsible for quality support from warehouse perspective during project execution, for example, set up process, support during project pilot run;

负责项目执行中的质量支持，比如制定相关流程以及项目试运行期间的各种支持；

· Collect and maintain on-site data, prepare routine report

收集、维护现场数据，准备定期报告

· Responsible for monthly MRB report. Review 3PL monthly quality KPI.

准备月度MRB报告，审阅三方物流月度质量报告

· Other tasks assigned by line manager

其它上级主管分派的任务

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE：

· 3 years or above working experience in quality management, medical device industry is preferred，warehouse quality management is preferred.

3年及以上质量管理工作经验，医疗器械行业优先, 有仓库质量管理经验优先

· Familiar with GSP will be preferred.

熟悉GSP优先

· Experience with SAP or Kingdee system is preferred

有SAP或金蝶系统使用经验优先
