【Position】Kaisen Promotion Officer/Process Improvement Expert

【Responsibility】
1. Process mapping (as necessary, for process, tools and links that are broken)
2. Value stream mapping
3. Gemba walk with KTRs or Kaizen Team Representatives
4. Regular meeting with Kaizen Representatives internal (as often as necessary, when there is a Gemba issue raised from agents or any BJS employee)
5. Meetings and discussion with local client and global Amazon KPO (TBD)
6. Creation/Update/Enhancement of all BJS Processes and Process Documents

【Requirement】
1. Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
2. 3 years’ experience in a similar international organization on related duties
3. Fluency in oral and written English
4. Good skill for PC including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
