Objectives & Responsibilities

- Administration Management:

- Set up and update the administration regulation

- Distribute and keep control office supplies

- Draft and file the administration documents

- Make periodical maintenance of the office facilities

- Supervise to keep both office and workshop clean

- Make good management of both the canteen and supplier

- Make good arrangement of both the buses and the supplier

- Make good management of security safety, and supervise the security guard and company

- Assist to solve all kinds of emergencies

- GM Support:

- Provide general administrative support to GM

- Provide translation or interpretation as necessary

- Make the flight booking and hotel reservation for all staff for their business trip

- Handle all the issues related to customer reception, including hotel reservation, flight booking, meal and transportation arrangement

Educational Requirements - Bachelor's Degree/Major in English/Commercial/ Financial

Technical Knowledge / Experience - Minimum of 5 years in the position of senior secretary/personal assistant/office manager in an International FMCG company - Strong office administrative management - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both Chinese and English. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT

Behavioral Skills / Competencies - Open-minded person with a positive and customer-oriented attitude - Ability to work well with others and demonstrate professional poise and courtesy - A multi-tasker who possesses good organization skills and is able to manage multiple priorities, to meet deadlines and to anticipate
