About you

This job involves innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response and you need to have the decision-making focused on implementing practical, timely solutions.

Your firm leadership style and goal oriented, should motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way to building relationships with individuals and groups.

In addition, you have:

• work experience / field: Technical or Sales Functions related to Flow Control
• educational background: Metallurgical, chemical, Ceramics or mechanical engineer
• certificates: certificates for additional skills will be added advantage.
• IT skills: Strong Excel knowledge
• language skills: English and Chinese. Other Asian language will be beneficial.
• other skills: Strong Technical knowledge of Flow Control Refractories as well as steel making (Continuous casting)
• travel requirements: intense – 70% to 80% of the time.

About the job

? Foster and develop new business;

? The driver of the “pull & push” process of the business development until it becomes regular business;

? Physically present in the selling regions, being the liaison of the BU FC with the Sales Team. Perceived by our customers as a person with deep market and technical knowledge in Flow Control;

? Full alignment with the selling regions to maximize the efficiency and speed of our joint actions to fully implement the Flow Control Attack Plan;

? Ensure assertiveness in trials;

? Facilitate the interface with Product Management and Operations;
