Responsibilities:

?     Work with frontline together to deeply understand separation application technology and market development trend;

?     Work with frontline together, clearly define customer application needs including: material, process and performance requirement etc.

?     Lead his/her team to develop solutions for customer including: material section, material dissolve process, formulation development & optimization, simulate spinning trial running, performance testing, troubleshooting and productivity improvement etc.

?     Summarize all finding and data, generate solutions report and work with frontline together to solve customer issue while they are using our material.

?     As for critical issue which happen at customer side, work with his/her team together, develop simulation & testing plan to dig out root causes of critical issue, and find out solutions for customers,

?     Work with RD together to validate our new material application package for separation application market;

?     Manage the separation lab daily operation & maintenance, fully follow our EHS rules and make sure all study and operation are in safe and healthy working environment.

?     Share with his /her expertise with whole ADL team, support to build up one total-solution global team.

Requirements:

?     Chemistry Major PhD or Equivalent level

?     At least 5 years working experience in the field of separation process which relate with membrane or hemodialysis application etc.

?     Strong chemistry knowledge of polymer synthesis, polymer characterization, membrane fabrication process, membrane machine structure, and membrane performance testing and failure analysis & troubleshooting etc.;

?     Solid skill of membrane fabrication from raw material into final separation testing module; 

?     Strong project management skill and experience, set up proper milestone for key project, and delivery result timely & effectively;

?     Know the whole process of membrane lab management or membrane application development; have the experience to work with commercial team together to promote our solutions to customer;

?     Keep win-win mindset, and able to work and communicate clearly with internal and external

?     Be open , self-confidence and great team work spirit

?     Strong desires for success and growth, self-motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.
