职责描述：

In this role, you will:

? Deliver training programmes to internal audiences

? Support the delivery of a range of training solutions and other relevant learning interventions based on the training needs identified

? Support in analysing and evaluating training needs, plans or schedules to ensure employees receive the appropriate learning

? Ensure practices and procedures are adhered to and training materials remain compliant with HSBC and regulatory standards

? Monitor progress made by the trainees to achieve required proficiency in line with the desirable results

任职要求：

Over 10 years related working experience in Insurance, especially bancassurance training and development area with strong business acumen

Excellent training, coaching, communication and problem solving skills

Rich experience in organizing training related activities and can proactively drive a training event independently

Excellent capability to develop and maintain training system for both distribution partners and internal BDMs.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Must be a team player, team management experience is a plus

Open-minded, self-learning and self-driven
