321127 Service Center Manager

Sandvik Materials Technology, a world-leading manufacturer of high value-added products in advanced materials, special alloys, metallic and ceramic resistance materials. The product areas comprise Tube, Strip, Primary Products, Wire and Heating Technology. In 2012 sales were about SEK 15,400 M with 7,300 employees.

The position would directly report to General Manager WHT-China, BU Manager-Heating system, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

· In general, responsible for the product unit with QEHS, Production, sourcing and financial KPIs including P/L.The responsibility area covers :

· Deliver from the unit, right products with right quality and on right time.

· Product portfolio management

· Support sales to develop & grow business profitability for the products

· Manage all financial KPIs including P/L,MWC,ROCE etc.

· Manage people with performance management, competence development and career management plan

· Manager & monitor production planning and stock control

· All kinds of cost control for the unit

Your profile:

· Fluency in English and Chinese both spoken and written. Other language skills are appreciated.

· 2-3 years’ experience in running manufacturing product unit with P/L responsibility.

· 2-3 years’ experience in PRODUCT portfolio management, added advantage would be working in electrical heating related products or working for furnace industry segment.

· Bachelor degree in engineering followed by post graduate in management.

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
