1) Monitor program KPIs and prepare monthly dashboard summary for all the programs
2) Ensure program are in line with targets in terms of cost and timing, prepare monthly PRC for CBU director
3) Cascade global/central office program requirements/information & Targets to local program team , support Program managers for business
4) Manage program documentations ,keep close communication with CBU director as well as program manager team
5) Other tasks assigned by CBU directors
6) Check and ensure Program Master Schedule & Program Dashboard in accordance with PMS rules
7) Manage Gate Reviews meeting and follow up program status, then report to management
8) Arrange management's meeting and do meeting minutes, follow up as well
9) Make monthly DashboardCOMPIL, KPI report and PRC report based on programs status

10) Support CBU directors and Program Managers' daily work;
11) Collect program information for PPIC consolidation

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree holder.
Good Chinese & English skills.
Good Computer skills-MS Office.
