职位描述
？ Building and executing social media strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification;
？ Developing, and executing social media content plans and campaigns that are consistent with the company’s strategy, thought leadership position and brand identity;
？ Editing, publishing and sharing contents (original text, images, video, HTML, etc.) to acquire social followers and leads, as well as to improve social media engagement;
？ Collaborate internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, product teams etc.) to work out social content plan with agency to in line with brand image
？ Work with pipeline management colleague in the marketing team to conduct social campaigns through marketing automate platform to drive followers and registrations;
？ Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
？ Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts;
职位要求：
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Business or related fields;
？ 3 – 5 years working experience in corporate marketing or marketing agency, at least 2 years hands-on experience in managing different social media such as WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, Toutiao, Douyi etc; Experience with e-commerce platform such as Tmall, Taobao is a plus;
？ Excellence in copywriting is a MUST;
？ Demonstrable social network experience and social analytics tools knowledge;
？ Excellent consulting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills;
？ Critical thinker and problem-solver;
