职位描述
岗位职责 :
1. 规划企业的品牌宣传推广，并推进实施，实现市场发展目标；
2. 组织并策划各类市场营销活动的方案，编制及提交营销活动的可行性报告；
3. 实施企业年度市场推广计划，开展市场推广工作；
4. 研究行业竞争环境，提出预期市场需求，对公司品牌宣传推广计划实施提供合理化建议；
5. 负责公司对外的宣传活动和公司品牌形象的策划；
6. 市场调研、市场相关信息收集汇总及分析；
7. 进行团队日常管理。
岗位要求：
1、统招大学本科及以上学历，要求中文、新闻、市场营销等相关专业；
2、性别不限，年龄35岁以下；
3、深厚的文字功底及优秀的文案策划能力；
4、熟悉公关媒体品牌推广运作，具有出色的品牌策略能力及整合传播技巧；
5、具备很强的活动策划及组织实施能力，熟悉各类媒体运作方式，在北京拥有良好的媒体资源；
6、对市场有灵敏的触觉和较强的资讯搜集能力，能独立操作品牌营销工作；
7、积极向上，性格开朗，能很好的融入团队，热爱教育培训行业；
8、有教育培训、快消行业公司从业经验者优先。
