Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for molecular biology support, such as molecular cloning ,RT-PCR for gene cloning.

·         Involved in antibody sequencing from hybridoma cell lines and single B plasms cells, HTP sequencing sample preparation,antibody sequence alignment and analysis, sequence optimization.

·         Involved in antibody technology innovation, reagents and consumers procurement and management.

·         Responsible for maintaining/generating documents and records on daily basis, coordinate common laboratory tasks and perform additional duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

Academic / Professional qualification  

·         BS/College in biology background with 1-2 years relevant experience.

 

Technical / skills training

·         Understand and be familiar with sequencing analysis software,such as MEGA.CLC.Clone Manager,ect.

·         Trained in notebook recording, data analysis and report preparation.

·         Good organizational and planning skills in order to meet deadlines and to handle multi tasks.

 

Language ability   

·         Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English reading/writing/listening/speaking.

 

 

Computer literacy

·         Good at PC skills on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
