1. To advise on general corporate including corporation formation, regulatory filing and reporting, board meeting, corporate governance and transaction, etc.

2. To review lease agreement with a strong business acumen.

3. To review vendor contract, and to support bidding process.

4. To review marketing materials, and to ensure legal use of brand marks and logos.

5. To monitor legal and compliance status of brand logos and marks in China.

6. To prepare franchise legal document package, to organize background check, and to track and report.

7. To liaise with external counsel for lawsuits, customer complaint, administrative proceedings, etc.

8. To assist head of legal in the establishment and maintenance of legal virtual data room.

9. To assist head of legal in e-sign and other legal projects.

1. Bachelor degree of law or above

2. 5 years’ experience in total, of which at least 3 years’ experience in law firm is must-have and 2 years’ in-house experience in FMCG, QSR or coffee industry is plus but not must-have

3. Work with balance sense of risk and business is preferred

4. Good communication sense and skills is essential

Tim Hortons在近年开始全球扩张，陆续进入美国、墨西哥、英国、西班牙、中东地区和菲律宾。Tim Hortons 每一次在海外市场的登陆，都引起当地顾客的热切期待。在西班牙的***旗舰店，开业首日就排起了持续17 个小时的长队。

2018 年7 月，Tim Hortons宣布进军中国市场。新闻一经披露，众多中国粉丝热情地在各种社交媒体上表达期待之情。未来十年，我们期待在中国打造超过2,700 多家不同场景的Café+，成为广受中国顾客喜爱的咖啡馆。
