职位描述
Job Titles: PR & Event Manager
Report to: Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
To develop, plan, organize, monitor and coordinate PR activities, events to accumulate positive emotion to target stakeholders
PR & event plan execution
Work closely with line manager in developing and implementing annual PR plans
Creates comprehensive action plans that support all Communications concepts with the aim to maximize brand and (new) product exposure while maximizing efficiencies
Develop and execute PR campaigns based on the needs of brands together with line manager & PR agency
Develops rollout plans that are in line with agreed objective and time frame.
Media relationship & publication management
Develop long term and short term strategies and tactics to nurture key media relations,
Continuous development of press contacts to journalists, editors, freelancers to guarantee a growth positive report to the brand, PR core message & star products
To leverage the power of industry key influencers including opinion leaders, celebrity, chef, designer, food critics in order to widen brand networking to multiply intended messages into the marketplace
Maintain a healthy media database
Maximize brand exposure in major press coverage with the strategic help from PR agency and also self-maintained media relationship, and also maintaining right brand image
Plan and implement press related events, press tours
Monitor media, Ad / PR agencies and 3rd party suppliers to ensure brand presentation align with brand standard
PR content development
Develop monthly PR topics with line manager, communication team & PR agency
Work with close media friends & PR agency to find the proper communication angle
Prepare press releases, speeches, editorial write-up & press materials development
according to global brand guideline and PR strategy
Initiate and execute the special editorial projects
Event Plan & Management
Act as the 1st contact for brand concept store to make sure the weekly event calendar is carried out with high quality
Implement small scale events in-house by managing the excellence of operation flow & leverage internal resources
Develop and implement a large scale event plan with agency
Identify and explore joint promotion opportunities with external partners, relevant brands, and media
Be proactive and creative in proposing new ideas and opportunities of event programs to line manager
Work closely with event agency on creation, performance proposal, launch moment proposal, gift proposal, event rundown, onsite schedule, check list, MC script, 2D & 3D design etc to make sure the whole event goes smoothly and successfully
Control the quality of all events by monitoring the operation details
Internal communication:
Frequent communication with other team on continuously reviewing the project status
Work with Market Communications Executive, Product Marketing and Sales, Trade Marketing team to develop internal communication campaign to make sure internal mind-consensus of marketing strategy
Budget & cost control
ü Source, evaluate, recommend and manage various suppliers to ensure that needs objectives are effectively achieved at the best possible price.
ü Up-to-date tracking the expense and accruals with supporting document
Report & Learning
Implements monthly summary that recaps recent events, communicates the on-going project status, and includes monthly article clippings.
To analyze result and make proposals for improvement
Proactively look for the most innovative and creative ideas
Qualifications & Experiences:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the PR function for consumer brand or with an agency
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
Excellent written Mandarin Chinese, experience in writing / reviewing PR releases
Be creative & open-minded
Be able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
Can and will to work as part of a team
Cute business sense with high sensitivity to detail
