职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities：
?Develop and optimize SOPs, WIs for the utility systems, including purified water system, HVAC, compressed air system and Hot water / Cold water system.
? Develop and execute annual prevent maintenance plan.
? Complete related deviation investigation, including root cause analysis, CAPA development and execution.
? Complete related change management, including impact analysis, actions development and execution.
?Review utilities daily running record, closely monitor the utilities performance and optimize the performance as required.
? Complete annual performance review for the critical utility systems.
? Effectively manage the utility system spare parts.
? Develop and update GMP drawings for the critical utility systems.
? Ensure readiness for the related internal and external GMP audit, as utilities SME (subject matter expert).
? Lead to solve unplanned shutdown case and recover the operation ASAP.
? Complete other tasks arranged by manager.

Qualification：
? Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC / ME / EE or related.
? Minimum of 5 years’ experience in utilities operation & maintenance in pharm / medical device manufacturing plant.
? Be familiar with GMP utilities systems, such as purified water system, clean HVAC, clean compressed air, clean environment maintenance, etc.
? Good in communication (positive), result-driven sense and problem-solving.
? Good proficiency in English (oral and written) is preferred.
? Good CAD and computer skills.
