职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. As a Sales Engineer, daily customer visits are the basis of the job. Understanding the customers, their needs and the industry need to lead into component sales and detection and selling of projects.

2. Be responsible for achieving turnover, profit and growth targets defined by Sales Manager in an assigned geographical area.

3. To carry out the account plan and strategy in an assigned geographical area.

4. Develop new customers, maintain the current customers and establish excellent customer relationships.

5. Analyse the structure of the customers and generate new sales prospects.

6. Present and sell company products and services.

7. Select the related events , coordinate and support local marketing activities.


Requirements:

Educational Background

1. Technical Bachelor degree (Automation, Process Engineering or Mechatronics preferred)

2. Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus

Professional Knowledge and Experiences

1. 5 years above of relevant business experience necessary.

2. Local language, English business level (reading and spoken), Fluent in English is a plus

3. Capable to sell technical solutions and to discuss about benefits of the solutions is a plus.

4. A strong industry experience is must as background, if could be related to the products of Festo, is a plus.

5. Must be able to detect opportunities and co-work with the engineers in finding the best solution.

6. Ability to work out the basic technical concept in cooperation with the customer.

7. Has project management skills in order to drive projects with the customer, coordinate the project team and acting as the interface to the customer, is a plus
