Job Summary:

Maintain corporate IT systems, implement and document related operation processes, improve IT operation and maintenance quality with ITIL as a guide, execute local IT operation projects to meeting the Information Technology (IT) needs of all RDSL staff.

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities：

1.   Responsible for handling corporate IT Server, database and application related issues, and maintaining records in the system.

2.   Coordinate computer systems upgrades with all concerned customers, global teams and vendors.

3.   Managing 3rd party suppliers & service provider relationships across multiple sites & technologies.

4.   Help with the system daily operation.

5.   Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.

6.   Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection  .

Education& Qualifications

·   Bachelor degree  in Computer Science or have recent significant relevant work experience 

·   Certification in RHCE, Cisco CCNA, MSCE, VCP, ITIL v3 is preferred.

·   Certification in Project Management relative area is preferred, eg. PMP.

Experience

·    At least 2 years working experience in the area of  IT support in MNC .

·    Experience in Microsoft products, Google Suite, Linux, Windows server, SQL Server Oracle, and VMware Enterprise.

·    Experience in Nginx, JBOSS, Apache tomcat and IIS.

·    Good understanding of the seven layers of the OSI model.

·    Experience working with third party vendors to meet service levels.

Professional Capabilities/Skills

·    Good communication skills; Oral and written English communication skills.

·    Read/ write Chinese/Mandarin is a must.
