ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Assist Club sales manager in meeting established sales goals set by the company related to assigned club.
2.Train and develop club level sales staff in handling and selling memberships within the club as well as

establishing corporate programs with outside companies.
3.Able to T.O. and assist with sales within assigned club.
4.Must be familiar with exercise equipment, fitness systems, sales marketing and pricing strategies.

COMPETENCIES
2-4 years sales experience within the fitness industry.
1-2 years training and management experience within the fitness industry.
Basic Exercise and Fitness Knowledge
Sales Ability/Persuasiveness
Ability to Train and Motivate/ Coaching
Oral and Written Communication
