Job Description

1. Visit existing and/or new customers and maintaining prospect list to meet sales target levels.

拜访现有和/或新客户，维护潜在客户，以完成销售目标。

2. Develop business opportunities.

3. Drive in-store excellence and win new placements.

推动经销商门店销售，争取更好的商场店铺位置。

4. Execute agreed on plan-o-grams.

执行和跟进年初商定的销售计划

5. Inspire and train in-store personnel and sell-in new products, concepts and services. Participate in trade shows.

激励和培训经销商人员，销售新品、培训品牌公司理念和品牌服务。参加相关展会

6. Agree on terms and conditions within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

在授权范围内制定合作条款，完成销售订单以达到销售预期

7. Provide sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.

与部门内部同事协作分享了解各个客户反馈和相关竞品信息。

8. Responsible for delivering the targeted sales and KPIs; monitor sales volume, revenues, and expenses. Maintain customer database (CRM) effectively.

负责完成销售目标和关键绩效指标；达成销售额、收入和费用。有效维护客户数据库（CRM）。
