Job description: Be responsible for the digitalization and innovation project, including the whole service lifecycle management from requirements communication to scheme design to delivery.

1. Develop a service tool which can be used by the service technicians, to improve the service quality and efficiency.

2. Deploy the latest digital technology with the company IoT technology, to track the key accounts performance, and improve the customer satisfaction.

3. Responsible for the service technology training of service employees according to the training needs of the service team.

4. Support the service team on the technical trouble shooting, and work out actions and procedures to help service team to serve the accounts.

5. Support RD team to develop new products in considering the future service need.

Job specification:

1. Master or above with more than 10 years experience, major in electrical engineer, computer science, software.

2. Good knowledge and successful experience on Artificial intelligence and IoT technologies.

3. Experience of working with customers, and good understanding of customer needs

4. Good overall English language skills.

5. Good ability in time management, project management, and supplier management, etc.
