MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

1.      Handle payment application

2.      Review invoices and other supporting received and verify its validity before booking.

3.      Ensure correct cost allocation among internal cost centers and record into the Accounting System.

4.      Keep track of invoice due dates and arrange proper payment schedule for timely and correctly payments.

5.      Responsible for AP related accounts monthly reconciliation

6.      Communicate with relevant process responsible on related process specific problems

7.      Month-end Closing and Reporting

8.      Assist in AP project including procedure optimization and system improvement.

Ad-hoc Project to support business from finance perspectives

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

1.      Logical thinking, strong interpersonal skill, proactive, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.                   

2.      Good English expression in oral and writ

3.      At least 2 years’ relevant working experience with at least one-year focus on in house financial operation experience, retail industry preferred                                             

4.      Familiar with finance system and office software, especially Excel                               

5.      Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
