Responsibilities: 　

1. Follow global strategy and develop /apply market oriented strategy in Greater China.　

2. Prepare yearly sales plan. Monitor market situation and push sales turnovers.　

3. Provide technical support to the sales organization and the customers.　

4. Monitor and analyze market development and implement of marketing communication activities.　

5. Define and develop new customers /new products /projects together with sales and distributors.　

6. Focus on East China region business development.　

Requirements:　

1. Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.　

2. At least 5 years' experience in marketing /sales of electronic components, preferably passive for automotive.　

3. Knowledge of inductor or transformers and technical background is preferred.　

4. Basic knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF16949.　

5. Basic knowledge of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan) and etc.　

6. Capable to work in team and keen to assume responsibilities and able to work by objectives. 　

7. Frequent traveling within the region and to the headquarters /factories.　

8. Fluent oral English is highly preferred.
