• Track weekly release and analyses the order to ensure the correctness, if anything abnormal, contact oversea plants to solve the release issue.
• Make weekly delivery planning to meet overseas release requirement.
• Work with Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to ensure suppliers’ delivery is on time.
• Deep Dive on the critical parts to ensure the best delivery plan for reducing the air freight cost.
• Close follow up on release decreasing to reduce over ship and close work with PM to have better control on E&O (Excess and Obsolete)
• Work with Logistics Service Provider (LSP), Broker, Trucking Company, etc to ensure on time departure from ECC.
• Maintain APAC IRF active master part list. Including part number, package information, supplier information, warehouse location, MOQ etc.
• Have better warehouse management to control the stock level in order to reduce cost and enhance the container saturation and loading qualification.
• SAP operator, including maintain the shipping record and master database in the system as well as work with other function to keep correct record in the system. Follow operation manual to fix the issue when system/data block.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order management and or Logistics Export/Import Operations

2. Bachelor Degree, Master’s Degree is desirable

3. Good English Communication Skills both written and verbal

4. Good command of MS office (especially for Excel), Outlook.

5. Having SAP experience will be preferred.

6. Proactive, Open mind for intercultural experience, team working, problem solving, analytical skills, communication skills, negotiation & conflict management

7. Have flexibility on working hours to meet requirement of Overtime working with overseas

8. If having tax (VAT, tax refund etc) knowledge will be preferred.
