Essential Functions of the job:
?With guidance of line manager, is responsible for the execution of all BeiGene’s day-to-day procurement activities, mainly focus on Medical Services, Digital categories and rest of indirect source to meet business objectives;
?Experience of supplier management in Marketing & Sales, Medical related materials, Digital and rest of indirect procurement is a plus;
?Identify and measure the overall performance of responsible category suppliers implemented with KPIs;
?Sustainable conduct benchmarking with external market and industry's best practices to drive solutions for products, processes and services improvement;
?Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of Procurement practices, procedures and systems to reduce costs and increase efficiency by simplifying business processes.
?Procurement ERP system daily operation, as SAP, Ariba, Icertis contract management system etc.

Qualifications and Competencies:
?Fluent English & Mandarin
?5+ years’ experience in a multinational environment (pharmaceutical industry is a plus)
?Be familiar with Marketing, Digital, Medical Service, and rest of indirect procurement related suppliers (pharmaceutical industry is a plus)
?Solid Project Management, synthesis and analysis skills
?High awareness of Health Care Compliance good practices (eg. FCPA, RDPAC)
?Extensive acumen in problem solving, managing priorities and a commitment to quality
?Self-starter with high flexibility and pro-activity
High resistance to stress in a very fast-paced environment
