This position reports to Aftermarket sales Manager, The Aftermarket Sales is responsible for the following jobs:

A. Builds relationships with current and new clients to effectively serve them with their needs, meet personal and team sales target.
建立与现有及新客户的关系，以有效地提供客户需要的配件，完成个人及团队销售指标。

B. Creates and processes quotations, orders, credits, warranty claims and training requirements timely, and facilitates technical support and related Customer service functions.
及时创建和处理报价，订单，账期，质保投诉，培训需求，并促进技术支持和相关客户服务的功能。

C. Customer install base collection and analysis to enhance the sales. 客户现场设备保有量的统计及分析以提高销售额。

D. Coordination of emergency service parts and warranty parts allocation and follow-up process and tracking.

协调紧急服务备件及warranty备件及后续流程及跟踪

E．Coordination and follow-up after project TOC, maintain Aftermarket Sales business relationship, help system sales and upgrading team to develop of new customers.

项目验收后的协调跟进及后续备件业务关系维护,项目销售及改造团队合作，开发新客户；

F. Communication and coordination between departments involved in internal process updating (factory/purchase/finance/legal/warehouse, etc.)

涉及到内部流程更新的相关部门的沟通及协调（工厂/采购/财务/法务/仓库等）

H. Understands shipping and maintenance requirements to each customer and helps facilitate on time delivery and maintain schedule.
了解每一位客户的交货期和大修要求，有助于促进按时交货和大修排期。

I. Provides services in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
提供高效，专业，礼貌的服务。

G. The others Aftermarket Sales Manager required. 
其他售后经理安排的工作。
