Job Duties:

1.  Confirm shipment on board on vessel sailing date.  
2.  Check MBL draft with carrier / booking agent, and get the original / telex release / surrendered MBL within due date.
3. Prepare HBL draft and issue original one once confirmed by supplier. 
4. Issue local invoice to supplier for payment, and ensure COD (Cash on Delivery) policy is abided by strictly. 
5. Send pre-alert and related shipping documents to overseas colleagues by due date.
6. Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.
7. Ensure file is hand over to supervisor for close by due date.
8. Good email reply manner, which shall be timely and efficiently. 
9. Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency.  
10. To perform any tasks assigned by the department managers

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. 1 year working experience in freight forwarding industry
2. PC knowledge : MS office, PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
3. Good command in English reading & writing (passed CET 4).
4. Proactive communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
5. Responsible, well-organized working and positive attitude.
6. Willing to work under pressure
