The successful candidate will have:

?       At least 4-5 years’ professional experience in the following fields:

?       Project management – Worked on international projects in the capacity of Project Manager

?       Worked in the online media and/or information technology sector

?       Experience working in a B2C & B2B context

?       Content management – Exposure in creation of web content for cross functional entities

?       Marketing automation – Experience managing automated campaign and email communications programs

?       Database management – Understand the concept of consumer data being captured in a backend database

?       Reporting and analytics – Exposure to analyzing web traffic reports using different tracking tools

?       Have a developed understanding of digital marketing and knowledge of different forms of digital marketing requirements such as websites, social media platform, eCommerce, SEO, etc.

Technical Skills / Knowledge / Experience

?       Business English communication is mandatory

?       Digital project management experience

?       Client communication and management experience

?       Pharmaceutical marketing background is significant plus

Operational Requirements

?       Time Management: Impeccable time management and organizing skills; ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects

?       Client Management: representing the service, aligning scope and managing expectations

?       Demand Management: Managing work plans for the Delivery team, adjusting the capacity with the inflow of demand from client and working priority list with the Brand team

?       Escalation Management: Identifying the loophole in the process and setting corrective measure to avoid escalation from the Business

?       Budget management: Prepare and track digital budget for the Brand per fiscal

?       Team management: Have a fair amount of people management skill to get the work done from the delivery team to meet the quality standard

?       Self-starter and able to highlight issues and risk
